samantilles, and welcome to my "All Stargate, all the Time" blog. If you have any confusion about what this blog contains, simply refer to the beforementioned name. This is my all-in-one depository for all thoughts, ideas, whims, and confuzzles Stargate. Featured here are several mediums of fandom, including fanfiction, fanfiction recommendations (fic rec's), artwork, icons, audio/visual media, meta essays, questions and commentaries, and links to stargate fandom all around Dreamwidth, Livejournal, and beyond.
I've intended this place to be a perpetual place of squee. While I generally don't air my annoyances and petty drama, any of that would be located at my personal blog on livejournal:![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Friending:
I like friending. Every couple of months I go on a friending craze, and if you find yourself here because you're like "WTF? Who is this?" you should know that I've most likely friended you because of at least one of the following reasons:
1. You're a known stargate author and at some point I've not only read and enjoyed your fic but I've actually remembered your name (which is a huge compliment, because I'm horrible with author names)
2. Your fannish squee gives me great joy (even if its not about stargate) and squee is contagious!
3. Wait, do I really need a reason to friend? Not really, but I most likely friended for a reason.
I don't require mutual friending or accessing or subscribing, but you should know that I get a wee little warm fuzzy in my heart when I get a message saying someone does. I friended you because I want to hear what you have to say. And I accept sometimes its a monologue and not a dialogue. Its very rare that I would have a protected entry, and when I do, its directed towards a particular audience, and you might not see it anyways.
If on the other hand, you find me and friend me, I'll be sending you a huge mental hug. I always friend back, and I always read. And sometimes I comment.

I've seriously tried to make finding everything super easy. At the top of the blog is a sticky post with links to indexes for all my fic, fic recs, artwork, media, and meta. My tags are also uniformly applied for easier navigation by author, artist, character, episode, genre, category, warnings, type, and series.
